Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@maqam.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us—this may delay processing.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or faulty item), we will cover all related shipping costs.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Alternatively, you may choose store credit for the full item value.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear in your account.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, but please note:

All international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for the desired item.
